I worked for almost thirty years in a corporate environment, mainly in managerial positions. After going through three periods of redundancy I re-evaluated my life and decided that I wanted to work with people in a more meaningful way which led to my training as a Person-Centred counsellor.
I hold both a Certificate and a Higher Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling.

I have professional membership with the BACP and am on their professional register. I abide by the BACP code of ethics and practice and receive regular supervision for my client work, ensuring that I am always working for your benefit and with your safety in mind.
I have experience working with young adults within a number of school settings including 3 years as a member of the counselling service at the Brit school in Croydon.
I have full Professional and Public Liability Insurance and I hold a current Criminal Records Bureau clearance. Additionally through my work in school settings I hold a current Enhanced CRB clearance.
